After the sunset was over I walked around the headland to be greeted by a massive pod of whales cruising by making a bunch of noise which was so beautiful to watch and hear... I stopped and was so overwhelmed by a feeling of connection with them and just nature in general, I felt like they waited for me to be finished running round like a headless chook taking photos to show up and say hi again, again because I also got to surf with a pod of humpback whales the day before at the same place. SO grateful for that opportunity and to have them show up again after such an amazing sunset!
